Dear Member,
We are ready to celebrate our 15th Annual Fund Raising Dinner and we invite you to join with us. The event is scheduled this year in the “Music Hall” at the Alton Belle Casino in Alton on Saturday evening May 3rd, and since this will be our 15th year we are adding some additional prizes for our attendees. Every one attending will receive an attendance prize and one lucky attendee will win a special 15-year anniversary prize. All attendee’s names will be placed in a special drawing. (Details announced at the dinner).
The program schedule is as follows:
5:00PM to 6:00PM Cocktails (free beer)
6:00PM to 7:30PM Dinner (all you can eat)
7:30PM to 9:30PM Program
We will have 8 nice firearms, several hunting & fishing trips, games, live and silent auctions, our very popular basket of booze raffle and a special attendance prize.
Ticket sales will be limited to 19 tables, (190 attendees). As in the past you can reserve a table providing you have a party of 10. (Please list names on back of reservation form). If your group is less than 10 please list their names on the back of the reservation form so we can try to seat you together. Make your reservations early as we expect a sell out. Bring a friend. Non-members are welcome.
It will be a fun evening WITH SOME NEW SURPRISES so please join us and help us make our 15th Annual our best ever dinner.
